Jewish Night

We had brisket with egg noodles, matzo ball soup, roasted asparagus with lemon and pepper and to round it all up, rugelach and hamantaschen!
It was my first time making brisket, matzo ball soup and hamantaschen. The brisket turned out very tender, the matzo ball soup looked like matzo blob soup but so delicious. Hamantaschen was also good but some turned out like pancakes, you really need to seal the corners.  

My father says he would become Jewish for this rugelach, take his word on it.
