My Aunt and my cousin were in town last week. They live all the way across the province in Cranbrook which is a pretty awesome place. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. My grandparents live just outside of the city and I spent every summer there as a kid. The farm is surrounded by mountains, the fields and the lakes. Seriously, my Grandpa has a lake. It's awesome.
Needless to say it was great to see them. Said cousin is only six years old but she had a bite of this and said it was 'a bite of heaven.' If I wasn't sure before, I am now, we are related. She stole the words right out of my mouth.
Monkey Bread
From the internet somewhere
1 340 gram (12 ounce) package of biscuits, not the flaky kind
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350ยบ. Butter a bundt or tube pan. Quarter the biscuits. In a ziploc bag, mix the cinnamon and sugar together. Drop about 8 biscuit pieces at a time into the bag. Shake them around so they are completely covered. Plop them into the greased pan. Continue with the rest of the biscuits. In a small saucepan melt the butter and brown sugar together over medium heat. Once it is completely melted, continue to cook for one minute. Pour over the biscuits. I spooned it over so it would be even. Bake for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes then turn out onto a plate. Devour. Serves about 3 to 4 people.

I don't think I've ever tried monkey bread before. It looks scrumptious though! I'd love some please! :)
Thanks Sheila! It is ridiculously easy.
